Join us as Casey Conroy, Certified AcroYoga Teacher and Zenthai Shiatsu Practitioner, leads us in this foundations level workshop. We will be focussing on the connecting & transforming practice of Therapeutic AcroYoga Flying and the potent healing potential of Zenthai Shiatsu. Together these healing arts form the nectar of deep connection.

Learn to breathe together, build trust & play! Take partner work to new levels of empowerment, loving-kindness and fun. When both flying and bodywork are exchanged, the two practitioners leave feeling healthier, happier, and more balanced. Sure to send you home in a bubble of bliss!

Come with a loved one (partner, friend, sibling, parent etc) OR come on your own and meet new friends. Ages 12 and up welcome. Bring a sense of playfulness! (BEGINNERS WELCOME!)
